What were the Surterra 420 events? They were a Surterra Wellness promotion in Florida from April 15 to 20, 2019: a week of Cannabis is Community events and a purchase raffle, with winners notified April 21, 2019. This page is a dated record, not a current offer. Florida still lists Surterra Wellness as a licensed treatment center’s trade name.
In 2019, Surterra Wellness held a week-long celebration called #HowWe420.
Prizes were a Fitbit Inspire HR or a $200 gift card.
Purchases of $50 or more from April 15 to April 20, 2019 earned an entry.
Extra entries came from:
- Attending a Cannabis is Community event
- Bringing a friend to a Cannabis is Community event
- Liking Surterra Wellness on Facebook or Instagram
Raffle tickets were completed with Surterra’s Wellness Coordinators or Mobile Wellness Coordinators.
Winners were notified on April 21, 2019. In-store, phone and online purchases all counted, and entries closed at 7pm on Saturday, April 20.
On April 20, 2019, Surterra shoppers who spent over $200 also got a free gift while supplies lasted.
What Is True Today
The raffle and the free gift ended in April 2019. As of October 15, 2026, the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use still lists Surterra Wellness as a trading name of a licensed medical marijuana treatment center, one of 49 licences on its list, 25 of them with dispensing authorization. Under s. 381.986(12)(d), Florida Statutes, a qualified patient or caregiver who buys marijuana from anyone other than a licensed treatment center violates s. 893.13.
