Dr. Green Relief Is Not Affiliated With Dr. Green Relief Rx
Notice of unauthorized use of our name. Dr. Chidi Uche is using the name Dr. Green Relief Rx for a medical marijuana practice in Jacksonville, Florida, at drgreenreliefrx.org and 1126 University Blvd N. Dr. Green Relief has not authorized him to use our name. DR. GREEN RELIEF is a federally registered trademark (U.S. Reg. Nos. 6,399,203 and 6,557,672). He is in violation of our registered trademark. He stole our name. In January 2022 we sued him for trademark infringement in federal court (M.D. Fla. No. 3:22-cv-00007); the court dismissed that case without prejudice in June 2023 without deciding it. In our opinion, his use of the name Dr. Green Relief Rx for a medical marijuana practice is likely to confuse patients and infringes our registered trademark. Beware. Dr. Green Relief has no Jacksonville office and no affiliation with him, his practice or his website.
Who Dr. Green Relief Is
Dr. Green Relief offers medical marijuana evaluations at its Florida offices in Tampa, Fort Myers and Sarasota, at its Las Vegas, Nevada office, and by telehealth in other states where it serves patients and state law allows it. Our website is drgreenrelief.com. The .com registry record shows the domain was registered on April 25, 2014.
The DR. GREEN RELIEF Trademark
DR. GREEN RELIEF is registered on the Principal Register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Both registrations below are owned by Green Medical Marketing LLC, and both were live on the USPTO record on October 15, 2026.
- U.S. Registration No. 6,399,203, registered June 29, 2021, for medical referrals (International Class 35).
- U.S. Registration No. 6,557,672, registered November 16, 2021, for advertising, marketing and promotion services; medical referrals; organizing physician schedules and patient intake information; and providing consumer information about medical marijuana and state medical marijuana programs (International Class 35).
Dr. Green Relief does not authorize any other business to use the DR. GREEN RELIEF name.
The Other Business Is Not Ours
On October 15, 2026, the website drgreenreliefrx.org presented a medical marijuana practice in Jacksonville, Florida, called Dr. Green Relief Rx, at 1126 University Blvd N, with Dr. Chidi Uche named as its physician. That practice is not part of Dr. Green Relief. Dr. Green Relief does not own, operate or manage it, does not book appointments for it, and is not responsible for its services, prices or records. The .org registry record shows the drgreenreliefrx.org domain was registered on December 3, 2020.
