South Carolina is one of the states that doesn’t have a medical marijuana program yet. As disappointing as this is, there’s still hope for medical cannabis patients in South Carolina, as the Winthrop Poll showed that 78 percent of adults want cannabis to get legalized for medical purposes.
However, South Carolina has legalized medical CBD use for patients suffering from various forms of epilepsy, that did not respond to other treatments. The limitation of this is that CBD products can’t contain more than 0.9% THC.
